If after completing the full 90-day period you’re not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund.

The product must be used as directed for the full 90-day period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after completing the 90-day usage period
Applies to first-time purchases only
Proof of usage may be required (e.g. photos, order details, or empty packaging)
Non-Eligible Cases
We’re unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
The product was not used as directed
Requests made before completing the 90-day usage period
Requests submitted outside the 14-day window
Orders where multiple units were purchased and largely unused
